We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Due to the nature of our product, the following areΒ non-refundable:

β’ Products returned without original packaging or accessories
β’ Orders marked as delivered but delayed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer
β’ Items returned after the 30-day return window are not eligible for refunds. Clearance or promotional items (if applicable)
β Order Cancellations
β’ Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
β’ Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible

- 14-day withdrawal window β customers have 14 days to notify you, starting from delivery of the last item
- Return timing β customers must return goods within 14 days of notifying you
- Refund timing β you must refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return)
- Outbound shipping β standard delivery costs must be refunded; you don't have to refund premium shipping upgrades
- Return shipping responsibility β clarify who bears the cost (you can require the customer to pay if disclosed in advance)
- Exemptions β list any products excluded from the right of withdrawal (e.g., personalized/custom items β relevant for your pet memorial products)

We only replace items if they are:

β’ Damaged during transit
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us withinΒ 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected:

β’ Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
