At Pickorgrab LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery under our 30 days of delivery under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

🚫 Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our product, the following are non-refundable:
• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories
• Orders marked as delivered but delayed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer
• Items returned after the 30-day return window are not eligible for refunds. Clearance or promotional items (if applicable)
❌ Order Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible
EU withdrawal essentials:
- 14-day withdrawal window — customers have 14 days to notify you, starting from delivery of the last item
- Return timing — customers must return goods within 14 days of notifying you
- Refund timing — you must refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return)
- Outbound shipping — standard delivery costs must be refunded; you don't have to refund premium shipping upgrades
- Return shipping responsibility — clarify who bears the cost (you can require the customer to pay if disclosed in advance)
- Exemptions — list any products excluded from the right of withdrawal (e.g., personalized/custom items — relevant for your pet memorial products)
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
• Defective
• Damaged during transit
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• You will be notified via email
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
• Refund processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)
🚚 Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

The return address will be shared after your return request is approved.
