Track Order
To track your order, simply enter your tracking number in the tracking field provided and click the “Track” button. Your tracking number was sent to your email after your order was processed and shipped. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.
When Will My Tracking Be Active?
Once your order is placed, it goes through processing, quality checking, and packaging before shipment. This process typically takes 1–3 business days. After your package has been shipped, tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system. If you see a message like “Tracking not found” or “Label created,” please allow some time for the courier to scan and update the status.
What Do Tracking Status Updates Mean?
- Order Processed – Your order has been prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier.
- In Transit – Your package is on the way to your destination.
- Out for Delivery – Your package will be delivered today.
- Delivered – The carrier has confirmed delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance (for international orders), and courier delays during peak seasons.
